Terms of Use

You must confirm your study room booking by clicking the confirmation link sent to your UTRGV email account. Study rooms may be reserved:

1. For groups of three (3) or more students.
2. In two (2)-hour increments.
3. Up to three (3) days in advance.

Your reservation will be canceled and made available to other students if:

1. You fail to confirm your study room reservation
2. You are late or fail to occupy the study room within 10 minutes after the start of the reservation time.
3. Only one member of the group is present, that individual might be asked to vacate the room for use by another group.
